Ordering/Payment: 

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and include GST.

Delivery/Backorders:

Delivery is only available within New Zealand.

Delivery will be by courier. Our standard delivery charge is $8.00 per order nationwide, however heavier items may incur a slightly greater cost. If you are awaiting an item that is on backorder, this item will be dispatched seperately from any in stock items ordered at the same time.

If an item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted via email, and the item placed on backorder. An estimated delivery time will be given, and the item dispatched as soon as it arrives at our premises.

Returns/Refunds:

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered please return it to us, with your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. The item, along with its original packaging, must arrive to us in an unused condition. If we are satisfied that the item has not been used and the packaging has not been damaged, we will then either exchange the goods or issue you a credit note. Please note, we will not refund you for your freight charges.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

We will only provide a refund if items are proven to be faulty.
