"I find the staff very helpful and it is great to have you in Island Bay. You are always well stocked and sale items are genuine prices. I never seem to leave empty handed when browsing. The last item I purchased whilst browsing was the Tummy Tub, just great, my grandson loves it. I lent it to one of my clients to use for her baby to trial before purchasing and told her where to buy, her feed back was  - it is brilliant - so hopefully she will purchase from you".

I have to say all my dealings with you have been most pleasant.  Also, I like your range of products which are not the same as every other Children's shop.  The other thing that I used to find really special is the personal service you receive.  I am a great believer in supporting local business its a shame we are no longer in Wellington.  However your shop is one of the first I love to re-visit when back in Island Bay.  I miss walking down the Parade in Island Bay and popping in to see your new range!
You have the best Sale's!  Love your loyalty card too..
Who else would go out of there way and do a home delivery in times of desperation!

I used to live in Island Bay and would constantly frequent your store. I now live in Titahi Bay but still make every effort to get out to your shop and have a look around. You have lots of great deals and specials and the variety of clothes, toys and baby items you have is fantastic! A one stop shop:)
You are all a wealth of knowledge about all the products and little extras we'd need for our kiddies and some great advice.

"Oh sorry can't really fault you.
As a mum conscious about buying NZ made to try and do my bit for the local economy I love that you are a small, locally owned store that we opt to support first before the larger chains.  In doing so you have also been able to order in if not already in stock NZ made products from your extensive wholesale supplies.  I would prefer to see 100% NZ made but understand that not everything is made here anymore but think you are doing a wonderful job and offering a variety so people like me can make an informed choice when purchasing.
I also loved the range of 100% cotton and wool prem clothing you had as I was shocked at other stores offering clothing for 3lb babies in polar fleece when this is not recommended by NICU.
